We offer free standard delivery on all orders over CHF 500 within Switzerland. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee applies, which will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer white-glove assembly services?
Yes, we provide an optional premium assembly service. Our professional team will deliver your furniture, assemble it in your room of choice, and remove all packaging materials for an additional fee.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color in your home. You can request up to five fabric or material swatches free of charge to ensure the perfect match for your interior.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
You may return standard items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or 'made-to-order' pieces are non-refundable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary by brand and stock status. In-stock items typically arrive within 5-10 business days, while bespoke or designer pieces may take 6-12 weeks for production and delivery.
